Parking Lot Sweeping

Every night of the year, our trucks fan out to cover 5,000 square miles of Middle Tennessee from the Kentucky border down to almost the Alabama border. Our fleet of trucks are all equipped with GPS tracking so we can review their exact sweeping path on your properties the next morning. We can even email you tracking data.

Each truck is also equipped with night-vision cameras so drivers can take pictures of problems on site. We call them “Watchdog” items. Potholes, graffiti, abandoned cars, broken windows. The ladies in the office will email these to you the next morning.

Of course, without good drivers, none of this matters. And our drivers are what set us apart. If you were to happen to drop in at your property at, say, 3:00 am, you’d find a driver who was uniformed, clean-cut, conscientious, and personable. The kind of guys you want representing you and watching your back.

And to complete the loop, our full time inspector cycles through each property weekly to ensure that we have consistent quality work on all our routes.

Landscaping Services

Our unique approach to landscape care brings 2 separate crews to your property each week during the mowing season. The lead crew handles your normal mowing, weedeating, edging, and blowing.

They are followed the next day by a district manager who is skilled in plant, bed, and turf care. His job is to keep your beds free of weeds, remove any dead limbs or plant material, watch for diseased plants, broken irrigation heads, or anything else that needs specialized attention. Our crews handle turf applications, trimming, mulching, irrigation, and overseeding at scheduled frequencies throughout the year.

Pressure Washing

Pressure washing is one of the most affordable and highest impact services you can do to keep your curb appeal sparkling.

We offer monthly, quarterly, and semi annual sidewalk cleaning at very economical rates as well as one time cleaning of problem areas. Day crews handle specialty cleaning of facades, docks, dumpster pads, grease trap areas, and entire buildings. We also offer optional water reclamation if you or your municipality restrict residual water from entering the storm drains.

Our 3500 psi hot water units remove gum, grime, mildew and mold from sidewalks and building walls.

Lighting Repair Services

In addition to your primary lighting and signage, your parking lot lighting is a vital part of your business success.

A parking lot that is not properly illuminated will affect your customers overall confidence in safety and deter visitation during the nighttime hours. Plus, a inadequately lit parking lot is an invitation to vandalism, and worse yet, attacks against your customers and tenants.

Hearthstone is equipped to handle all facets of your exterior lighting needs – including pole lights, wall packs, canopy lighting, pylon sign lighting, time clock and photocell repair, and troubleshooting.

Our popular lighting diagram program provides our lighting clients with a quarterly Google Earth map with an overlay showing which bulbs are out. It also includes minimum and maximum pricing estimates so you’ll know the cost before you approve the work. We also work with clients on a not-to-exceed basis, making the most critical repairs first and stopping if we hit your budget threshold. Asphalt Repair

Hearthstone offers the most advanced techniques in asphalt care, giving you economical and long-lasting solutions. Our infrared equipment heats problem areas to a depth of 4 inches so we can rake and compact it, creating a seamless repair that is impervious to water. For repairs requiring stabilization of the base, we provide asphalt removal and patching. And for surface protection and beauty, our sealcoating and striping crew is second to none.
